I am currently a Software Engineer at Workiva, based in Seattle, WA. I work on full-stack GRC product features, including history enablement, scheduling, and task notifications, using Kotlin, TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, and Snowflake. I joined Workiva as a Software Engineer Intern in 2025 and converted to a full-time role in December 2025. I truly believe that I am able to bring a lot of value and a new perspective, which helps a business thrive. Let’s connect!!!

Masters Degree

I completed my Thesis Track Masters Program at Montana State University in Bozeman, where I focused heavily on the field of Data Science and Machine Learning, taking many high level ML courses and starting my thesis in the beginning of 2025. During my first year of the masters program I was still participating in the tennis team, which was my last year of collegiate tennis career.

Bachelors Degree

I decided to pick Computer Science as my major because I have a big passion for problem solving and complex tasks. During my time at Monmouth University in New Jersey I was able to take part in different complex projects and gain experience with several internships. All of that I was able to do while maintaining 4.0 GPA and being a top tennis player at Division 1 university. Those 4 years of school taught me time management and team work in class, outside of class and on the court.

Before College / United States

I was born and raised in Kazakhstan, during my childhood I put a lot of effort in my tennis and grew up playing a lot of professional junior tournaments and was a member of national junior tennis team as well. Playing sports at the highest level helped me to get recruited to college in United States and get high quality education. Moreover, competitive sport taught me a value of hard work and resilience from the young age which I incorporate in all of my tasks and goals.
